Every flavor is developed to taste great when added to 8oz of cold water. If using any type of milk, go with 10-12oz. If you want a real treat for yourself, after you shake up your Select Protein, stick it back in the fridge for 5 minutes before drinking. The colder the liquid the tastier the drink.
Whey is best known for its quick delivery of amino acids to muscle, while casein gives a slower, prolonged delivery. In combination, you get both the rapid absorption of amino acids from whey and the slow delivery from casein.

To balance the whey out with the casein-dominant milk protein isolate, we add the highest grade whey protein concentrate available, WPC-80, carefully filtered and containing biological peptides that are lost in whey protein isolate processing.
